By accessing or using the PetalCare - AI Health Assistant application (the "Application"), developed and owned by AIML Polestar Private Ltd (the "Service Provider"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Application.

PetalCare is designed to assist with the early detection of autism-related symptoms through AI-powered assessments and tools. In addition, the Application provides access to qualified therapists who can offer online guidance and support to parents, caregivers, and individuals.

The Application is intended to serve as a supportive tool, not as a replacement for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

Use of the Application

The Application is provided for personal, educational, and supportive use only. You agree not to:

Misuse or exploit the Application.
Provide false information during assessments.
Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the functionality of the Application.

Medical Advice and Therapist Support

The Application provides AI-powered insights to help identify potential autism-related symptoms and improve awareness. In addition, PetalCare connects users with licensed therapists who can provide online consultations and guidance.

While these features are intended to support users in their health journey, they are not a substitute for an in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or specialist for official medical advice. The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions or outcomes made solely on the basis of the Application’s AI results or online therapist consultations.

Therapist Services

Therapist consultations offered through the Application are intended to provide guidance, early intervention strategies, and supportive therapy sessions. However:

Online sessions are limited in scope and can replace in-person assessments or therapies.
Therapists provide guidance based on the information you share; accuracy of results depends on accurate disclosure.
Emergency medical or mental health situations should never be handled through the Application. In such cases, users must contact emergency services or a healthcare provider immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, trademarks, and technology within the Application are the intellectual property of AIML Polestar Private Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

The Application may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Facebook, or others. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from:

Reliance on AI-generated insights.
Use of online therapist consultations.
Technical issues, interruptions, or data loss within the Application.
